Our Solution to Your Situation: EDebitPay offers Your Company an option to deliver two types of stored value commission card programs. You may choose a custom and personalized option (Your Company Logo) or EDebitPay’s standard card option. Both options provide a choice of (Debit Card Network) plus ATM / POS (Point Of Sale) or ATM / POS only (always requires PIN). All our cards provide National and International usage capabilities which are provided by the (ATM Network) Network. We will provide account funding by direct batch loading of commissions received via ACH (Automated Clearing House electronic transfers) and personal ACH deposits and / or electronic checks. The EDebitPay solution includes customized web site development and hosting, an IVRU (Interactive Voice Recognition Unit) and a customer service application for end-user account history and maintenance. Once we have established your specific needs, we will quickly formulate a program and pricing structure designed for Your Company. Program Requirements Card Management and Authorization Service: The Commission Card will allow access to the entire network of (Debit Card Network)/(Debit Card Network) merchants as well as all ATMs through all major networks based on the program/card type. The following details the scope of services to be provided in support of the Commission Card Program. Account Set-up – ATM and POS
¨ EDebitPay will generate card numbers from the PIN debit BIN. The file of skeleton (not yet activated) card numbers will be sent to our Card Manufacturer for creation of non-personalized cards. ¨ EDebitPay or Card Manufacturer will generate a unique PIN for this card which may be delivered with the card plastic or through the IVRU. EDebitPay will generate an initial unique telephone access code for IVRU and web site logins, which will be delivered with the card. The cardholder will have the opportunity to change the initial telephone access code upon login. ¨ Batch files should be received on a regular and agreed upon basis from your company. Files contain card number from card assigned to cardholder, and personal data on account holders including name, address, and phone number. ¨ EDebitPay will match card number to card account already in database, and populate personal data fields.
Account Set-up – ATM and (Debit Card Network)/(Debit Card Network)
¨ Batch files should be received on a regular and agreed upon basis from your company. Batch files received on agreed frequency. Files contain personal data on account holders including name, address, and phone number. ¨ EDebitPay will establish accounts in its database, and then provide embossing and encoding files formatted to the Card Manufacturer’s specifications. Cards will be personalized and will carry ATM and (Debit Card Network)/(Debit Card Network) logos.

Card Manufacturer will generate, prior to card issuance, a unique PIN for
each account (card). EDebitPay will also generate an initial unique
telephone access code for IVRU and web site logins. The cardholder will
have the opportunity to change the initial telephone access code upon
login. The PIN and telephone access code will be delivered to the
cardholder via separate mailers. Activation of Cards – ATM and POS ¨ EDebitPay will activate card number upon receipt of batch file from Jafra indicating customer personal information.

Once the cards
are activated and funds are loaded, the consumer will have the ability to
begin performing transactions. Activation of Cards – ATM and (Debit Card Network)
¨ EDebitPay will provide a web site and an IVRU for activation of cards. The consumer will be required to enter personal and card information to activate the card.

Loading can be
done via batch transfer from Your Company for commission payments or via ACH
transfer from a personal bank account through the web site or IVRU. (See
others above) IVRU ¨ EDebitPay will provide your commission cardholders access to their account balances and card activity through an Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVRU) toll free number. ¨ The IVRU will ask for card number and telephone access code for login and will provide account balance and last 5 transactions. The IVRU will also allow cardholders to add funds using a payment method on file.

EDebitPay or
your company will provide the toll-free number and the number for the
outbound connection to the customer service provider Consumer Web Site ¨ EDebitPay will provide cardholders access to their account balances and card activity through an EDebitPay-hosted web site or through a link attached to Your Company website. ¨ The web site will provide account balances and detailed account history. The web site will also allow cardholders to add funds using an electronic check/ACH transfer from personal bank account. ¨ The web site will be customized with Your Company’s or EDebitPay-designated logo that will be inserted into standard design templates. Additional customization will be billed separately on a time and materials basis and will affect the timeline for delivery of the solution.

EDebitPay or
your company will provide the URL and appropriate security certificates for
the web site. Transaction Processing ¨ EDebitPay’s Technology Partner’s card management system will allow transactions at all merchants and ATMs that accept the underlying payment brand. Standard ATM debit processing and (Debit Card Network) transaction processing will be performed by EDebitPay through Technology Partner’s integration with ATM networks. ¨ EDebitPay will maintain velocity files and other parameters for card usage and fee billing.

EDebitPay will
maintain a record of all account balances at the issuing bank and ensure
authorization is based upon “available” balances. Consumer deposits via
web-based ACH from personal bank accounts will be available upon approval of
funds based on timing parameters established by Your Company and EDebitPay. Service Fee Billing
¨
EDebitPay can
assess fees to the cardholder account including per-load fees, per-transfer
fees, ATM access fees, or account inactivity fees. EDebitPay will determine
these fees, after initial consultation. Customer Service Application
¨
EDebitPay will
provide a web application for customer service representatives. This
application will provide the following functionality: presentation of
funding history, balance display, transaction history, change personal data
for cardholder and logging disputes. Reporting Application ¨ EDebitPay will provide a reporting application to your company representatives. This application will provide daily reports covering velocity, fee assessments, cardholder data and balance information.
